Our Story

It started in a small Chelsea apartment with one question: why should breakfast make you choose between flavor and fuel?

We were over the tradeoff. Protein bars got the job done but tasted like cardboard. Pastries tasted amazing but left us running on sugar. We wanted something that felt like dessert and worked like breakfast.

So we started baking. Some batches were good. A lot weren’t. But after plenty of tweaking, we landed on a banana bread that’s rich, moist, made with real ingredients, and packed with 10 grams of protein.

No artificial anything. No choosing between flavor and function. Just really good banana bread that gives you a reason to get excited about breakfast.
